Crendon Timber Engineering was one of the pioneers of trussed rafter production in the UK over 40 years ago using technology developed and proven in North America.
In the last 40 years the use of trussed rafters has grown tremendously and it is estimated that they now account for 95% of roofs for the housing market with significant inroads into the commercial market.
In more recent years Crendon Timber Engineering has steadily increased it’s product range to include panels, spandrels, open web joists, glulam/CLT, and the full range of Metsa Wood engineered wood products. All of these can be offered on a design, supply, and fix basis.
